It was my second time having Cardinal Financial handle our Mortgage needs. Although the first time experience was better. This time, the mortgage officer, underwriters and support personnel were finally able to bring our new mortgage to closure. Through Allison's determination and getting the right people involved so not to have any more delays, she was able to accommodate us in getting our closing summary figures in line to meet our complete agreement and satisfaction.
