Patricia and her team were very knowledgeable and helpful. A lot of the language or legal terms for people who don't work in finance or in mortgages can be intimidating but she makes things easy and when you don't understand she and her team are quick to help explain. She acted quickly and efficiently and I was able to get a re-mortgage (and peace of mind) during the 2020 lockdown.
