Andrew as well as Tanya were great. I have zero complaints about either. The problem came from when funds were to be sent via FedEx. My mail goes to a PO Box but they do have my physical street address but chose to use snail mail to send checks which delayed receiving funds for a minimal of 5 days. That was not acceptable.
