The front end of refinance process was made easy. Like everything that relates to real estate and mortgages there are a lot of steps; getting to closing requires good communication between all involved. The responsiveness by the loan processors was very good all throughout the process. Some parts of the process were tedious but that is generally unavoidable. Generally a favorable experience.
