Our original Loan officer quit or got fired in the middle of our loan. Once that happened we did not get a good explanation of all the things happening. Finally, toward the end we were able to speak to Nathan which cleared everything up and answered all our questions. Jessicca also did a very good job. My only complaints were being a little mishandled with the transition of loan officers. Overall we are happy with how everything ended.

I don’t know who Annie is. I worked with David some but mainly with Stephanie Reynolds and Justin Gensler - both of them were fantastic!! So maybe take names off this survey or provide multiple choice of names to rate.
