The process was very long with many unknowns. It seemed like every day that a new document was required. Some documents seemed redundant. Then the closing date changed so many times that I became discouraged- each time changing deliveries. This required extra funds for hotels and air bnb. I would have preferred to have been told that either. Yes, you are approved and we are good to go or no, you are not approved. I would’ve moved on and gotten an apartment rather than waiting two months. It’s not that I don’t appreciate all that was done to help me, but in the end, it was very long and torturous.

This entire process enlightened us of some difficult issues. It taught us that every company looks for something, and others do not. We learned a lot from everyone that worked on closing this loan. Now, I pray that we will eventually get it closed.
