Lena did not communicate with us, never asnwered or returned phone calls. Was not knowledgable about what needed to happen. Was not helpful in trying to resolve a pretty big issue. Had an attitude when we let her know the error. If it wasn't for Jason, we would have stopped the process and went with a different company.

There was a problem with the FHA loan , because I was late with some of my mortgage payments in the two year period. Hunter contacted me to ask why and if I had proof of what had happened. He allowed me to submit information that was taken to the underwriter for a consideration , and it was accepted! There were other hiccups that occurred throughout the process , but they were very patient and very cooperative and very understanding and my refi didn't get thrown out! I appreciate them taking time to look at me as a person and not just an application. And I appreciated getting to know Hunter throughout the course of the process. I am truly grateful I looked your company up and reached out.
