The loan went through after small delay but of no fault of the loan broker I’m sure. Honestly Mr. Carriker Jr. comes off a bit pretentious on the phone, I thought it was just me but our mutual client mentioned the same thing so it may not have been just our exchanges and could be widespread. No need for that of course. Otherwise things went fine. Humility is a wonderful attribute and hubris is a turn off.
