I really liked that I could email them whenever I had a question and they would respond pretty quickly. They would also call occasionally and check in to see if I had any questions and chat with me. Before starting the process they asked how much I was willing to put down for a house and what I wanted my monthly payments to look like. They stuck to what I told them and didn't push for more money or encourage me to raise my monthly limit.

From first call in December Jesse was helpful and encouraging. And then at the end he was again a blessing telling us that NAF would pay for the extension costs due to unexpected delaying events. NAF was willing to give us a great r*** and allow 2 payments/month and no prepay penalty. Homebuyers should definitely reach out to NewAmerican Funding for funding their next purchase.
