mr Phillips was not aware of the foundation or didnt tell me about that inspection. That cost alot of money from my loan to fix those issue. That stopped other plans. Now instead of remodeling my house with funds all i did was payoff some bills. As managers you all need to do better at making sure your first people that talk to customers are better equipped with the knowledge so customers are not blind sided. If i would have known all this before i would have done this differently. But by the time i was that far in it was to late to stop . I and my wife are not happy about that part.

The time provided during the process as it pertained to a communication stand point left quite a bit to be desired. We found ourselves unsure and out of the loop on many occasions and to seek the assistance of our attorney to provide key data to the title company that wasn't necessary. We to often felt as if we were left to fend for ourselves irregardless of direction.
