Only thing that bortherd me was running to the bank several times in 3 weeks to get copies, would like to known what i needed get all at once, been to bank more times in 3 weeks than i been in 15 years, maybe i just didnt fully understand what a person goes thru buying a house

Things started a little slow due to Wilard being sick and Noah having to take over. I would recommend a little more commmuntication bertrween the team to us agents but overall Willard and his team pulled it off. I would do it again with Willard.
