The communication is what made it great. Although its always stressful with closing on a new house and last minute runs I assume are common, they all still did a great job. Especially with the last minute price reduction on the house, which caused a lot of things to change last minute. This was out of the banks control but they still closed me on time! Which I am grateful for.
