All was great with Logan. I was not impressed with the rest of the team. Once we went into final processing, communication and responsiveness was poor. I had to follow up with Logan in order to get information. I would use Logan again as long as the rest of the team is efficient and timely. We did not receive documents until after our closing time was set. All went great until about the last two weeks, that would change my reason to use New American.
