Throughout this process I realized that I am the type of person that need to interact directly with a local bank or mortgage company. My husband and I do not do well with conducting business via internet only. We need the support of a local branch. Ultimately, Movement Mortgage is not to blame. We just prefer a combination of internet and being able to go to a local branch for support.
