The ground rent situation was not handled efficiently considering it was mentioned before the loan application was submitted. The documents at closing were incomplete. Additional information had to be written in instead of just providing signatures.

Everything involved that had to get done, were things that needed months to accomplish. Due to the nature of the situation everyone involved did this in about a month. It was hectic and stressful; however the end result is me being a first-time homeowner and it feels good. Thank you to everyone involved!

Better communication. Chad Davis was terrible. I had to point out mistakes on my documents. I would have to send repeated follow-up emails to get any answers out of him. I called and filed a complaint with corporate and they said they would call me back and never bothered. I will not do business again with New American Funding by choice.
