We were not expecting our closing to be so high. It was close to 9000. I understand it’s largely out of your control but it played a factor into our down payment and the closing was about 5000 higher than expected. If it’s possible to get a ballpark closing cost or an immediate notification when it’s determined would Have been nice to manage our money a little Better For us.

This is an update to my past survey!! I would like to inform New American funding that there were a few comments that I forgot to state about team Pete and the exceptional hard work that his team put in to get us in our home!! Our loan was complicated, because my wife is from a different country with no credit development in the US yet, but through their efforts and hard work, we did it!! For that we are grateful!! I have worked with Pete 3 previous closings!! And I didn’t have a problem, because I got what I expected!! This time I didn’t get what I expected and was ready to throw a fit!?????? What the ??? If I was informed in advance, it wouldn’t have been so bad!!! But from a professional point of view, Team Pete was outstanding!! Jessica was a blessing, my wife loved her!! But after we seen that check, we both could have killed Pete!! Good thing he was in Hawaii, because we would have lynched him that day!!????????, but looking back maybe our expectations were too high and uneducated on concessions. It would be inconsiderate not to commend them on the work they put in to get the loan done!! And I would refer family, friends, and coworkers to Pete and he is deserving of it!!!
