It took over 3 months for the loan to be approved and, i was asked to furnished them with more irrelevant ( my opinion ) documents several times..it was a dragging process. Marty is very helpful. I have no problem dealing with him.

I am including my recasting process as well which was not quite as smooth. I was told someone would be reaching out to me after paying my $300 fee though that never happened. I had to call back a couple more times to complete the process. The thing about the loan which soured us was the escalating rent which was hard to swallow though I realize that was the deal. A little disheartening though that I had to correct them once as the were overcharging us on one of the months. As I look at the money spent to complete this transaction I'm not sure I would have done it this way if I were to do it again.

If Regina Manning had not been involved, this would've been a wonderful and easy process. I will still use Isaac in the future. He is great! Jonathan was helpful and seemed very "on it" it's a shame one person could wreck an experience to the extent that Regina Manning did
