Steve was great to work with and no issues with him at all... However, the overall process took longer then we thought necessary. The cost of appraisal was also a bit shocking. When we paid $450 up front for the appraisal we assumed that would have been in the ballpark only to find out that was nowhere close to the actual price... However, all is good and we are happy now

Julie and Kim checked in often on the progress of the process. Julie reviewed and explained each step. And Envoy was the only lender that sent regular emails with advice and tips. The only issue was who the final cashiers check was to be written to. The directions said to make the check out to the title company above, yet nothing was listed. It wiukd be helpful to include that information, and less stressful at the bank when you don't remember who the title company is. I saw it on the paperwork but couldn't pull that up in my phone.
