Nicole was very responsive to all of our questions and got back to us quickly when we reached out. We had an unfortunate experience that she had no control over—-when rates were changing quickly, finally my husband and I both discovered that her emails were landing in our spam folders and so we missed out on the opportunity to get a lower rate and that was frustrating after none of her emails had ever landed in our spam folders before. It is hard for me to understand the world of loans and real estate and Nicole answered all of my many questions. Sometimes it felt rushed and I would have liked to talk longer but didn’t want to take up her time so came away with a partial understanding. This has been a crazy time to buy a house (summer of 2022) and Nicole helped us through to the end and was very friendly and supportive throughout the process. It would have helped me to have had more reminders of when important documents/decisions were arriving on our plate, beforehand. Like a heads up for everything we would be needing to pay attention to. There were a couple times I was unaware. But all in all, we had a great experience with Nicole. Thank you!

Wonderful communication and smooth process. Had a little trouble with managing all of the separate individuals, who did not seem to share with each other much. Also a few errors that were quickly fixed on paperwork.
