Overall great experience. Mostly the frustrating issues came from the Title company, e.g. not sending guidance/instructions on the POA in a timely manner, or not sending clear instructions, etc.

Ru was very responsive to questions we had throughout the mortgage process. We asked for concrete action items and a timeline for what to expect and Ru was able to provide them promptly. We appreciated him taking the time to break down next steps, especially since there were times when it felt like things moved very quickly. Ru also provided clarity and explanation for pieces of the process we didn't fully understand that helped inform our decision-making and planning.

My processor did not respond to calls at all I had to go through brent for everything. I wasn't pleased and buying a house is very stressful and having to jump through hoops to not get responded to is very ridiculous.
