Julie and Kim checked in often on the progress of the process. Julie reviewed and explained each step. And Envoy was the only lender that sent regular emails with advice and tips. The only issue was who the final cashiers check was to be written to. The directions said to make the check out to the title company above, yet nothing was listed. It wiukd be helpful to include that information, and less stressful at the bank when you don't remember who the title company is. I saw it on the paperwork but couldn't pull that up in my phone.
