Communication with Dan made it great. The only thing I would say is everything seemed to be done last minute and a little inconsistent behind closed doors. Dan was great though and gave us the information we needed.

95% of the preparation and communication was perfect, on point, and timely. Day of settlement hiccup with properly communicating final closing numbers was a bit nerve-wracking, but Dan Kelly calmly got us through it, explaining what was going on every step of the way.

Everything went well until it was time to get to settlement. Due to internal issues we wre not able to get to settlement on the original day. The delay caused issues with getting into the house and we had to reschedule contractors and delay renovtion process. it was unfortunate but was a problem. When we did get to settlement everything went smoothly.
