Scott was able to process my 203K construction loan when no other lender even knew how to do it. I have multiple friends who rehab older homes and told me they had never seen anyone be able to obtain the 203K loan. Scott got me the loan through hard work, lots of patience, and his stick to it attitude. When you need someone for the long haul he can be counted on to see it through.
