Bobby and his team are great. There were times where the emails got confusing and hard to follow or they would request something without explaining why it was requested. (Which, for a first time buyer is frustrating.) There were several documents that were requested several times that had previously been submitted. I think they needed a better way to organize all of the documents but other than that they were great.
