David and team were very communicative about the process, what was needed to ensure a smooth close and why, the Ap was very easy to use, Doug was hugely accommodating and efficient when it came to closing during a pandemic! (e.g. coming to the house and conducting business outside in the cold). All in all a positive experience given current circumstances.
