The beginning was a very good experience, Mike was Helpful and made the process easy but unfortunately somewhere we hit a bumpy road . No ones one's fault just had obstacles and communication got lost . when we where passed on to Ms Pinto I had some days of fraustration due to difficulties getting in touch with her , playing phone tag Honestly all in Al it was not a bad experience just different that we are use to dealing with VA and local banK's

Too much back and forth at the end. Joe started off strong but then wasnt told correct closing amount, incorrect date/time for parents to sign at closing, then wasn't told HOA payment is separate from mortgage payment agreement.
