Todd is on top of his game. When the rates hit unbelievable lows back in February, Todd reached out to let me know there was a refi opportunity, and then he stayed with me helping me to get an incredible rate, even as rates shot back up. It has been a long year. This was my family and my first home buying experience and I didn’t realize the many variables that come with buying a home. The house we first had our eyes on was tough but I always had the feeling that the team, namely Jesse, were working hard to get to the closing. Unfortunately that house didn’t happen but I felt comfortable proceeding because I knew I’d have the support. It’s you job but thank you for all the hard work you all have done for my family and me.
