We were very impressed with the responsiveness by phone to everyone of my emails. Toward the end of the closing process as I had a few more questions and was very helpfully guided to the appropriate persons who could help us. My only critique was a time or two when I had called with a few questions, the off the cuff response included costs did not apply to us, which momentarily concerned me. But the concerns were quickly assuaged.
