Working w/ Michael was great. We purchased our home with him and we reached out to him again for refinancing based on our trust in his work and integrity. A long the process, we had some communication issues and disappointment with one of the staff there, but Michael took care of it right away as we were ready to walk away. I do not recall the name of this lady but essentially she was giving us dollar numbers that were not based on the market. It felt arbitrary and misleading.
