Everyone was very personable. Jon was really quick in getting back to me with any questions I had. Kristin was very personable and always told me what I needed quickly. Some of the delays in closing were out of buyer’s and lender’s control so I cannot fault the lender for this. The closing experience was fast and easy. I actually like the hybrid closing because it saved me time at the closing table. The whole closing experience was roughly 30 minutes. This lender made it possible for me to be a homeowner and I am very thankful for that. Great job and thank you!
