Overall the experience was great, there were some periods of lack of communication and I had to know when are we closing so I can plan my work days or travels, but I know everyone is busy. We did the closing for two mortgages in one day and it went smooth. Indy was communicating when asked questions and he took the time to explain to me some topics.
