The overall process was seamless, the website to upload the documents was great. The follow-ups and clear communication on expectations helped us get all the documentation lined up. There was some last minute anxiety as to how the process will work, may be because of the covid situation and remote paper work sign up. Overall, it was very pleasant experience.
