Overall everything was great and I received prompt responses. At one point Robyn and I discussed the NAF cash loan process, and I was to attend a class, but after our discussion I never heard or received a link to take care of it. Additionally, the NAF concierge is something that isn't necessary - when trying to move and deal with everything, the last thing someone needs is someone calling daily to see if they need help with their utilities. Nice thought, but overkill.
