At the time during which I was working with Brian on the refinancing of my house, I was also involved in a number of personal and business projects which consumed a lot of my time. Brian would pester me to make sure that I got the material submitted in a timely fashion. Nothing had an opportunity to slip through the cracks. He also made sure that I got a terrific rate of interest. It was a very positive and actually relaxed process.
