James is very good at tackling all the unexpected issues that come up in a typical transaction. The listing under-appraised, and James was right there on behalf of his client to appeal to the appraiser, and he was able to get it adjusted. James kept his cool the whole time, even when I got a bit cranky as the listing agent. He always called me right back if I left a message-
