Overall experience was good, however it was a bit confusing dealing with Jon then switching to Peyton. We also presented a lot of the same information several times. We put down 20% and paid off debt, which sould have made the loan process a bit easier. Also it would be nice to get the first bill in a timely manner to set up payment process with bank, which is coming up and have not received yet. Doing this all online for the first time was a learning experience for me also. I thank both Jon and Payton for getting the loan completed after all the back and forth.

From the first contact with Chris who was very nice and helpful. He listened to my needs and asks questions to find out what my expectations were. He then put us in contact with Wilson at Matic who was awesome and which helped us save over $1k on homeowners insurance. Then Kyle kept in constant communication. The whole process was good. The process took extremely long and at times it felt as though we were wasting our time. There was also a lot of back and forth about employment history that shouldnt have mattered. other than those things it wasnt bad
