I was very much apprehensive about using a agency that was not local and "face to face" with me. Kevin was very patient with me and explained everything he could to help me understand the process. He not only explained but seemed to understand my concerns. He worked hard and was very attentive to my questions. The great work only continued when Steffany Moreno was added to the process.
