Russ was very easy to get ahold of to answer any and all of our questions. We could get in direct contact with him if needed and didn't have to go through multiple people. The people that work with him in the loan process were also very easy to work with. I loved that Russ took most of the information upfront allowing the loan process to go smoothly with no major issues or concerns and no surprise issues.
