Scott and Susan, we’re both friendly and professional to the loan process. I think that my dissatisfaction or the shortcomings of the process is with the underwriters And the title companies. My loan was finalized on September 23, 2024, on Monday, September 30. I will still not have received the funds that I requested for my cash out. As with all loans, every day that passes creates more interest, which is added to the payoffs. The intention of my loan was to pay off all my debt, and have funds to do some remodeling. With each passing day, those funds dwindle more and more!
