Andrew was great to work with, as he was with my initial purchase. However, the individuals filling in while he was out of the office were not as great an experience. First, I had asked Ashely if I would need to sign anything in person for the closing, which she assured me would be all online via docusign. This was not accurate, and I had to schedule time off work to sign. A draft of my closing documents given listed an incorrect cash to close amount, which Andrew caught when he got back when I asked why it changed. It sounded like it was due to their error in adding the numbers (I am not sure who specifically). Additionally, I was not informed I was needing to schedule a wire transfer, despite asking multiple times about funding. Heather emailed me late afternoon on a Friday asking if I had scheduled a wire transfer, when she never gave me instructions on this ahead of time. This could have been shared with me previously when asked, and since it was not, I had to take additional time off work on a Monday morning to schedule it when I should have had more time to plan for it.
