Tiffany's service was great, but the overall length of time it took to get this loan funded (mid November to mid April) makes me concerned about using NAF for my next purchase in CO where a 45 day escrow is the norm.

Nancy was always available and answered questions we had. She explained options so we could make a good decision. Only downside was all the paperwork required that took so much time to gather when we were trying to get out of town on a vacation but that was not her fault. Great experience.

Ray was great, underwriter just kept coming up with stuff last minute and needing stuff that didn't pertain to this loan, I bought this home 3 years ago and this refi had me going back 8 years to write letters and crap that I didn't have to do when I bought this home, I started this process with Ray January 4th and we just closed, I had structural pics of my foundation with the report of the contractor that installed the tie downs 3 years ago but I was made to pay an extra $550 to get one
