Jason was great to work with, he returns calls immediately. There were hiccups with Susan. I would leave emails and messages and not hear back. I would have to contact Jason to follow up to get my answers. Requested forms had to be submitted numerous times which caused contractors to get upset with me since they were all licensed. That part of the process was painful and very exhausting. I don't which to repeat that process. There needs to be better phone or email communications during that process. Jason was great in returning calls. All in all , it was a good experience.
