Just a lot stress with the buyer. A lot of people took vacations at the same time so I felt I shouldn't of asked questions when they were away. didn't want to bother anyone. which stressed me out because I had questions, but it all worked out in the end.

Matt himself was informative and accessible. The online documents that we had to sign were not easy to navigate. I think in the long run it actually would have been less time-consuming to drive to Dayton to sign these documents, then the time that we spent online struggling with them.
