Steve Powers was very nice to work with. He returned my calls and answered my questions. However, I called Paola Lewis several times when my loan was turned over to her and she never responded to my calls. I am one of those that prefers to actually speak to someone other than email or text. Overall I am satisfied with my refinance and my experience with New American Funding.
