Arnold was helpful and personable whenever we talked over the phone. He was also quick to get things done. I ended up with a decent rate with New American, but I should have spent more time talking with other lenders to be able to compare loans and haggle my rate, if you do not do that then you are a bit in the dark about what makes a good rate as you have to take them at their word.

Hello Towards the end of my loan processing there was some serious loose ends that had to be worked out. Fortunately At the same time Terrocia Bell started working on my loan and helped me through it. I'm old, not good on the computer, phone service was out due to smoke from fires.(no bars) . You can imagine what she was dealing with. Scott was very good, professional. ….but Terrocia was GREAT!
