United Home Loans made it easy to enter a secure online portal to provide all the necessary information for getting a loan. Mark was on top of it, and I was able to close in less than a month in December of all times of the year, when things could get tight in the midst of Nativity Day and New Year's Day observances. Leticia was very informative and ultimately patient with my inexperience in purchasing a home. There were times I was very frustrated bc it seemed like the backend wasn't as responsive or supportive as a buyer might like, but in the end Leticia did step up & make all the right moves & support needed to close the deal. I was lucky to have her, even with bumps in the process.
