My experience was unpleasant not because of Budd Malchus, who was very nice and very responsive, but because of all the documentation I had not expected. It was very stressful. It would help people like me to provide a list of the documentation that will--or might be required--in advance. Some of the requests were hard to go back and find--at least one seemed totally irrelevant. We felt like we were suspected of money laundering.

Riana was great. It seemed after her turn it went down hill. I dealt with 4 different people and that became frustrating. I had a hard time getting concrete answers from everyone else. Overall it was pleasant until the end but my client also had some issues so I can’t say the blame was all on the lenders
