Everything was smooth until closing day. We were told many times that March 31st would be our closing date. Because of Covid 19 I understand that things were slow in getting done but it cost us over $800 in taxes since we were not able to close until April 1st. We really needed that money but we were not told that this would be the case if we did not close on the 31st.

We scheduled a time for closing and when it came the title company had not received any documentation so it pushed our closing to the next day which also went into the next month whiched cost us another +$700. We really could have used it for the house, it was money we actually expected back with no explanation as to why. Also same documentation being requested over and over again as if no one knew where it was at.
