The loan went thru...Char was great and I worked with her the most. I just didn't understand completely the loan costs, etc...Originally I thought it was a no points loan, but ended up being some. But, overall, a good deal...thanks

I have a very busy schedule, so the ability to get notifications, and sign documents online was great. Also, I loved getting the loan status updates so that I knew where I was in the process at all times. I had previously went through another lender and their process was very stressful. New American Funding process was a lot more streamlined.
