I know these have been hard times, so I’m not sure how much of the pandemic affected communication; however, I would have liked more communication via phone rather than vague email updates and text messages in response to phone inquires. I feel that we would have had more of an idea of escrow timelines and an understanding of the process while in the midst of the process. But overall there was quick follow through in regards to the last steps. Thank you so much for your help!

Given the times, everything was done online and via email, or a few phone calls. Matt and his team kept us informed every step of the way - what they needed from us, and where the process was. Compared to the original loan just a couple years ago - this was much more pleasant and straightforward.
