In general, it was straightforward, transparent, and relatively easy. Clayton is affable and friendly, and made us feel we were in good hands. On an occasion or two, though, communication seemed to break down and responses to email became delayed or unclear. But these minor matters ultimately resolved themselves, and everything worked out in the end. We appreciate Clayton's work on our behalf.
