Brandon was great at communicating what to expect from the process up front. He's is definitely a go-getter and pushes to get things done ahead of schedule. If you're on a tight deadline, he's definitely the one to talk to. I would have appreciated more proactive communication the day of closing when it came time to finalize the details and fund my loan, but that was not necessarily anything that Brandon was directly responsible for. Do note that while you will start the process with Brandon, once you get to underwriting you will be assigned a loan processor who becomes your primary contact moving forward

Jeremy was confident that we would be able to close on our house and that tone never changed. He guided us through the process and was calming during times when it was quite stressful. He answered my calls, answered questions as we went through the process educating us the whole way through. With him, we wouldnt have our house which we are grateful for! I dont think other lenders would gone over and above like Jeremy.
