Interest rates contributed to my 'OK' experience. Overall, Phil was excellent in his guidance, support, and service. Towards the end of the loan approval process, there were hiccups with miscommunication and misunderstanding. We also found a better base rate at another bank, but to honor the work and effort Phil and his team put into our loan approval process we decided to stick with his team.

Allison was one of the best “ out of town” lender I’ve felt with really good communication and easy to reach. However I felt the underwriting process and back end support was not consistent with her services. If it was not for her being on top of the process I don’t feel it would have even closed.
